This webinar will offer an overview of EUA’s Institutional Evaluation Programme (IEP), an effective tool to enhance universities’ change management and strategic leadership.
As an independent QA programme, led by European experts, EUA-IEP offers tailored evaluations to help navigate challenges, foster growth and adapt to emerging trends. Join us to learn how the programme has supported institutions in establishing a cycle of continuous improvement through multiple rounds of evaluations, as well as how it has helped rapidly growing universities make the most of new opportunities.
During this webinar, a member of the EUA-IEP Steering Committee will explain the main characteristics and added value of the programme, representatives from two recently evaluated institutions will discuss their experience with their evaluators and the EUA-IEP Secretariat will provide some practical information.
